Community Outreach Program on Lifestyle Diseases for Senior Citizens

A community outreach program on lifestyle diseases for senior citizens was held on 19th July 2025 at Thomas Square, Kuttipuzha, under Kunnukara Grama Panchayat Ward 9. The session was conducted by *Dr. Anila Jose*, Assistant Professor, Department of General Medicine, focusing on the “Prevention and Management of Diabetes, Hypertension and Heart disease”. The program was inaugurated by Mrs. Saina Babu, President of Kunnukara Gram Panchayat and aimed to promote healthy habits among the elderly through interactive discussions and basic health tips.
