SNIMS contributes to Oppam Mega Super Speciality Medical Camp – Season 5

The Oppam Mega Super Speciality Medical Camp – Season 5, an initiative by Sri. P. Rajeev, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Law and Coir, was successfully conducted on 25 January 2026 at the Zamra International Convention Centre, Kalamassery. The camp served as an important platform for delivering quality healthcare services to the community.

Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences (SNIMS) was proud to be part of this impactful outreach programme. Participation was made possible under the clear guidance of our Executive Director, Lt Gen (Dr) Ajith Nilakantan, who consistently emphasizes that patient care is the utmost priority in all outreach and clinical initiatives. Guided by this principle, the SNIMS team delivered dedicated and compassionate services to the community.

The SNIMS medical team comprised Dr. Gladwin (Nephrology), Dr. Vishnu (Orthopaedics), Dr. Archana (Ophthalmology), Ms. Julie Chackochan (Nursing Supervisor), House Surgeons, Nursing Students, Ms. Sindhu (Optometrist), along with Mr. Sanker and Mr. Shaiju, who supported transportation services.
The programme was efficiently coordinated by Mr. Christus K. N., Nodal Officer and Deputy Manager – Operations, Dr. Deepu Dharmaraj, Deputy Manager – Outreach & Development, and Mr. Abhishek, Executive – Outreach & Development, ensuring the smooth execution of all camp activities.
