Hearing Testing Camp at SOS Children’s Villages, Edathala

A Hearing Testing Camp was successfully conducted on 1st March 2026 from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM at SOS Children’s Villages India, Edathala, Aluva, in association with Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences.
The camp was carried out under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Kiran Babu, Dr. Namitha B. Mohandas, Mrs. Megha (Audiologist), and Dr. Fathimat Adhila Asees (House Surgeon), with the support of Ms. Ragya Venugopal (Receptionist), nursing students Ms. Adithya S, Ms. Alfa Shaji, Ms. Aiswarya Premkumar, and Ms. Abhirami R. The Outreach & Development team, including Mr. Binoj Mohan K and Mr. Abhishek, along with driver Mr. Shaiju, ensured smooth coordination and logistics.

The camp focused on hearing assessments, early identification of hearing issues, medical consultation, and guidance for further treatment or follow-up when required. The coordinated efforts of the medical, outreach, and support teams ensured the program was conducted efficiently, contributing significantly to early detection and awareness of hearing-related concerns among the beneficiaries.
