As part of *International Infection Prevention Week* Celebration, the Department of Nursing along with the Hospital Infection Control Team conducted an enlightening workshop on ‘Infection prevention’  in the Clinical Lecture Hall on 17/10/24.

The session was inaugurated by

Lt Gen (Dr) Ajith Nilakantan (Executive Director cum Principal), with the presence of Dr. Sasidharan K (AGM, Hospital Affairs), Mr. Sreekumar Karumathil (MHA), Lt Col Amita Naze (Nursing Superintendent),

Dr. Regha I R (Infection Control Officer), and Ms.Sindhu Mathai (Deputy Nursing Superintendent). A key training session, led by Ms. Nimisha Appukkuttan (Clinical Consultant, Diversey), on Environmental Hygiene and Infection Control with an active involvement of the nursing team.
