Manassinu Oru Nimisham

On 10th Oct 2025, as part of the World Mental Health Day celebrations, the Department of Psychiatry at SNIMS, in collaboration with SNCON, conducted an awareness session titled “Manassinu Oru Nimisham” for bystanders in the Psychiatry Outpatient Department. The program was inaugurated by Dr. (Lt Gen) Ajith Nilakantan, Executive Director, SNIMS. Other key participants included Ms Sreejamol, Vice Principal, SNCON; Ms Sujitha, Faculty Member, SNCON; Ms Nisha Niclavose, Staff Nurse, Department of Psychiatry; Dr. Aleena Johnson, Assistant Professor, Department of Psychiatry; along with nursing students. The session aimed to raise awareness about mental health and highlight the importance of taking a moment to care for one’s mental well-being.
